Our Story & Philosophy
My journey into dietetics began with a deeply personal mission—helping my daughter recover from severe asthma. Refusing to settle for lifelong medication, I explored the healing power of nutrition, which inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Dietetics & Clinical Nutrition in 2021.
Over the past three years, I’ve worked independently with clients of all ages, creating personalized diet plans and focusing on sustainable, holistic wellness. I’ve also collaborated with Navneet Publications to support underprivileged and tribal communities through nutritional rehabilitation for anaemia, tuberculosis, and maternal health. I am especially passionate about working with mothers and children. I believe “Well begun means half done” habits formed early in life become the foundation for a lifetime of wellness, balance, and confidence.

Do I need to take supplements along with right diet?
No , most of the healthy people do not need supplements.Only in extreme ailments for a short period of time it's needed.
Do I need to do sufficient exercise along with diet?
If you are a sedentary worker and not active at all, you need to do some exercise to maintain flexibility n strength but if you are constantly on the move then some breathing exercise should be enough.
Will it take as long as an year to witness results?
Depending on your physical state and severity of the ailment it might take 3 to 8 months when followed the meals with commitment.
Is vegetarian and vegan diet sufficient to keep us fit?
Yes, both vegetarian n vegan diet could provide wholesome balanced diet, but they could be a little challenging since we have been following whatever is easily available.
